BGS Pupils & Their Families Celebrate Their GCSE Success

We were delighted to be able to celebrate the success of our pupils yesterday and this was made even more special by the fact many of their parents and extended families came along too.

We really did have a fantastic morning and in true BGS fashion we celebrated in style with balloons galore, exploding confetti cannons, a magic selfie mirror and lot and lots of cake!

We hope our BGS families will be celebrating well into the Bank Holiday weekend and we look forward to welcoming our pupils back as Sixth Form students in a few weeks. We received many lovely comments from parents and pupils which you will find below.

‘We brought our daughter to BGS at the age of three. We handed her over to the most dedicated teachers from the very start of her educational journey. It was the best decision we have ever made. Her GCSE results were outstanding, these will be with her for life. Education is very special, you only get to do it the once for your child and sending her to BGS has been the best investment we have ever made for her future.’ - BGS Parent

‘We are absolutely thrilled with the results Edward has achieved and it is great to see such a high level of attainment across the year group. Thank you to all the staff for their effort in making it possible.’ - BGS Parent

‘Absolutely delighted with Amelia’s outcome, all her hard work has paid off and she was well supported by the school in her preparation.’ - BGS Parent

‘The teacher support was overwhelming and this made the difference to my results. It still doesn’t feel real. I can’t wait to start 6th form as I know I will get the academic and pastoral help to achieve my dreams once again.' - BGS Pupil

‘I am feeling so happy with my results and would like to thank all the teachers for their help and support. It has been great celebrating with all my friends also. I have had such a fantastic morning.’ - BGS Pupil

‘I am very happy with my results, they have exceeded all my expectations.’ - BGS Pupil
