This week boys from Year 7 and 8 were feeling festive in Science Club.
They made Christmas Chemis-trees with quick-fit glassware decorated with chromatography stars.
Mrs Hill also 'grew' a sparkly Christmas tree from a strip of zinc by reacting it with lead nitrate causing twinkly lead crystals to grow all over it.
Next week, they will be growing crystal snowflakes and having a little party to celebrate all of this terms exciting Chemistry experiments!
Thank you to all our Science Club regulars for such providing such fun, enthusiasm, and often chaos, this term.
